This is a video made by HonestAmerican2008. It is a news report on the ridiculous claim that API made about having a tape of Michelle Obama talking about Barack and his adoption by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen.
The breakthrough investigative journalism was done by my friend and blogger extraordinaire MountainSage who does receive credit in the video, as she should.
I have to admit, that when I first saw the report from API, I took the report more seriously than I should because I took API to be Associated Press International when the group reporting that they possessed said tapes is really "African Press International."
I became skeptical, and Mountain Sage did some great investigative journalism, exposing them for who they really are... scam artists.

In July of this year Sammy has up a post admitting he fabricated two stories to get more hits on his blog.
One of the Mountain Sage readers found it and there is a post up this morning.
Sammy's account is restricted today. I wonder who reported him for having ADS in the form of posts all over his website....something clearly against Wordpress TOS. :-)

Unlike Mr. Berg’s case, Mr. Donofrio’s case has standing. This may be just the case to bring down Obama. Let’s all do what lies in our power to help him win this important court case.

I find it highly doubtful that the SCOTUS is "supressing" anything. That is a dangerous accusation.
They may choose not to hear it, but that does not mean they are "supressing" it.
And, so please explain to me how this suit is different than Bergs?
This new Calif. lawsuit is worth reading. In addition to questions about BO eligibility based on birth, there are numerous other citizenship (eligibility) questions:

It just needs to be filed in the other 49 states -- especially those that Obama carried that have Republican Secretaries of State.
