Not one to ever be left out, Alan Keyes, aformer Ambassador, former Republican Senate candidate (versus Obama no less), and American Independent Party Presidential Candidate in 2008, filed a lawsuit in California demanding an injunction against Barack Obama, demanding that he prove his Natural Born Citizenship.

This should have been done long before now, Obama knows full well he was not born in Hawaii. He knows he could not have been adopted by Sotoro had he not been a citizen of Kenya.
The DNC knew this all along, yet they would pass off this ineligible candidate over a fully capable woman.
It's disgusting that an intelligent and accomplished woman like Hillary Clinton is passed over for an ineligible man of no accomplishment.
It is a travesty that the democratic party would protect Obama and his ineligible status when he has absolutely nothing to offer this country.
This is a dangerous man, when he can wield this much power, a virtual unknown, something wicked this way comes.
Read the whole petion to the court. The request seem reasonable and would not present undo hardship on the President-Elect unless he is truly not a nututal born citizen of the United States!
Why wont he produce the documents to make this all go away? Then the courts could assign fines for filing a frivilous lawsuit to the petitioners.

or forever live and govern under the suspicion of attaining the highest office in the land by fraudulent means.
Personally, I will never believe you are the legal president of these great states of America.
And millions of others believe so as well. Your flat out refusal to provide the necessary documentation make this issue an non-issue will forever plauge you and your administration. Come clean now before you are deposed in shame.
Look at it this way, you will stil be senator if you negotiate the potential fines and jailtime away by coming clean before you take office. Afterwards, you'll go to jail for sure.
Someone, will come forward and they will prove you are indeed a fraud and a liar, about your credentials, we already know you to be a fraud and a liar because you are a politician and a lawyer.
If you have nothing to fear, give up the goods and not that fake thingy you put up on your wesite...a constitution which you are sworn to defend and uphold are no laughing matter.
You spit on the graves and in the face of every president before you and in the face of the American people if you do not answer all 17 petions.
Come clean and I am sure the authorities will go easy on you...and if you are a natural born American...why hide it. Bill Clinton didn't, Bush and Bush II did it, hell Hillary did it. McCain did it even when there we questions about his ability to run.

Everyone needs to relax. The Electoral College cannot confirm someone that has not qualified under the US Constitution to become POTUS.
If they attempt to do this, all Hell will break loose and the rath of the people will definitely be heard, and probably felt as well.
Everyone also needs to be aware, and prepared for the Civil unrest that will occur if in fact BHO is deemed to be not qualified. It will be like nothing ever seen in The USA before.
It is the belief of many that BHO is depending on the problems that are certain to erupt to quiet all the legal aspects, and he will succede in his circumvention of the US Constitution. What a foolish thing to bet the office of POTUS on. Agree?
The qualification entry is plain for all to see here. This specifically addresses the qualifications of the President Elect, copied from the Electoral College Website
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
If BHO had nothing to hide his 'vault copy' of his BC would have been presented without delay. Obviously he has something in his background that he does not want the AMERICAN people (Republicans, Democrats, consertatives, liberals) to know about. And actually the Democrats should be yelling the loudest, and making this demand of BHO.
Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.
Pretty sad that I had to present my birth certificate to get my drivers license and to start my factory job, but this proven liar will probably assume POTUS without doing same...
I would just like to inform everyone that there is a website that is trying to raise the money to take out a full page ad in USA Today requesting that Obama provide his birth certificate, medical records and Harvard records.
The cost of this ad is around $90,000 of which almost $20,000 has been raised. This means that if 70,000 people donate $1, we can make this happen. I think that the electoral college would have to give some serious consideration to this problem.
If you can donate $1 or more if you can. Spread the word and encourage others to donate what they can. Post on blogs, e-mail your friends, and talk to everyone about this.
How embarassing for this country to have to do go through this scandal and he hasn't even become President yet. For me personally, he will never be my president.

Finally, Keyes is insane and Obama kicked his hind end in Keyes run for Seante in IL. Keyes has an ax to grind.

I am not a proponent of this line of questioning, I am merely reporting that these lawsuits exist.
I do think that you are missing the point of the suits though.
The "Birth Certificate" that you keep pointing to is not a "Birth Certificate." It is a "Certification of Live Birth" which is a very different thing.
A "COLB" is issued by the state, not the hospital, it is not signd by the doctor, nor witnessed by a nurse and can be issued days or weeks after the actual birth.
All the state is attesting to is that the COLB is real. That does not necessarily answer the question being asked.
Now, I must say that I think the whole thing is a red herring, but it is interesting to see that there are now 17 lawsuits, none of them are being covered or even mentioned by the mainstream media even though they are going as high as the SCOTUS, and Obama has still refused to allow Hawaii to release the one piece of paper that would make it all go away...

Wingnuts will never be happy. If he produces something, they will say it's fake. If he has it authenticated, they will say not good enough. He's just letting them go away. If/When forced, he'll produce it. Until then... why? It will ALWAYS be something. Sour grapes. And Keyes... just as crazy as the rest of them.
